As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring an outstanding customer shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products/services in-store.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selections, and answering queries.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers.Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, manage product displays, and ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, customer interactions, and product performance to the store management team.Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide suggestions to improve the customer experience.Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations and help meet team sales goals.Promotions & Upselling: Suggest additional products and upsell when appropriate to increase average transaction value.Qualifications:Previous retail sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific products, e.g., fashion, electronics, etc.].Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.Basic computer skills

Greet customers warmly, address their needs promptly, and collect feedback and data from all visitors. Build relationships by understanding customer preferences and tracking key events (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries). Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure stock availability. Train and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to grooming standards and customer service excellence. Drive teamwork & maintain discipline at stores. Communicate updates on product rates, schemes, and purity standards. Conduct daily team meetings and report showroom performance to the Store Manager. Follow up with non-purchasing customers to boost future sales. Handle crisis communication with the SPOC as required. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Assisting to another counter as and when required.

The candidate will be responsible for attending the retail customers for connecting with the company.The candidate is responsible to engage with the customers and convincing them to purchase the product and services of our organization.The candidate needs to travel to the allotted stores.
