Job Description

Greet customers warmly, address their needs promptly, and collect feedback and data from all visitors.

Build relationships by understanding customer preferences and tracking key events (., birthdays, anniversaries).

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure stock availability.

Train and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to grooming standards and customer service excellence.

Drive teamwork & maintain discipline at stores.

Communicate updates on product rates, schemes, and purity standards.

Conduct daily team meetings and report showroom performance to the Store Manager.

Follow up with non-purchasing customers to boost future sales.

Handle crisis communication with the SPOC as required.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Assisting to another counter as and when required.
