Position Overview:The Sales Manager (Paid Services) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer retention. All sales-related contracts, ensuring that they are prepared, negotiated, executed, and managed in alignment with company policies and legal standards. This role requires a strong understanding of paid services sales processes and the ability to work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth contract execution and compliance.Responsibilities:1. Meeting Top and Bottom line for Paid Services Business o Meet business objectives of Sales and Gross Marginso Ensure a healthy pipeline of enquiries to meet targetso Explore new segments / customers for business expansiono Serve as the primary point of contact for AMC , retrofitters, spares sales related inquiries.o Communicate contract terms, conditions, and updates to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders.2. Customer Delight and Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat businesso Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionso Promptly respond to the needs of their tendering offers or site issueso Ensure customer satisfaction score of min. 9.5 rating across all services provided.3. Contract Preparation and Negotiation:o Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with company business objectives.o Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop contracts that meet those needs while protecting the company's interests.o Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to finalize contract terms.4. Contract Administration:o Maintain an organized repository of all sales contracts and related documentation.o Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.o Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.5.
