Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.9. Customer Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support. Address any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream Proven experience in software sales, preferably with a focus on accounting or ERP solutions. Freshers are also welcome. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with Tally software or similar accounting solutions is a plus.
