The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive, fast-paced business environment.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Present company products and services to customers effectively.Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies.Understand customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
