Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation: Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and engaging with customers to understand their needs.Customer Service: Greet customers, provide detailed product information, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.Store Operations: Manage inventory (receiving, unpacking, stock checks), maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store is clean and organized.Transaction Processing: Operate POS systems efficiently for sales, returns, and exchanges.Promotion & Marketing: Execute promotional campaigns and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies. Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 13 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Skills: Result-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, basic math skills, and proficiency in POS software.Education: High school diploma; a bachelors degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred.Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
