Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
Customer Service: Greet customers, provide detailed product information, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Store Operations: Manage inventory (receiving, unpacking, stock checks), maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Transaction Processing: Operate POS systems efficiently for sales, returns, and exchanges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 13 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
