About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of our preschool network across Hyderabad and surrounding regions. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, and supporting new franchisees through setup and onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential franchise partners through various channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.)Present the preschools franchise model, investment details, and business proposition effectively.Manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle from lead generation to agreement closure.Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and business opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, legal) to support franchise setup and launch.Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and revenue targets.Participate in education fairs, franchise exhibitions, and business networking events.Key Skills & Competencies:Proven experience (minimum 24 years) in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion, preferably in the education/preschool sector.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong market research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Salary Range:4 6 LPA (depending on experience and performance) + incentives
