Position Details Designation: Field Researcher Roles and Responsibilities include 1. Collect political and voter data from the ground. 2. Interact with local communities and local influencers and update on their current relations with local leaders. 3. Track constituency-level issues and developments. 4. Assist in organizing political events and campaigns. 5. Coordinate with party field teams and local workers. 6. Ensure timely reporting of field insights. 7. Travel extensively across assigned areas. 8. Support logistics for events and outreach. 9. Maintain ground-level documentation. fetch required information from officials and be always ready on foot to take up challenges and then meet concern authorities to get the specified task done. Employment Type: Payroll Educational Qualification: 12 th Pass / Any Degree Experience: 1-2 Years Experience in any Field Job Role (Marketing/Lead Generations/Sales) Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil and English (Read, Write and Speak) Requirements Two Wheeler along with Driving licence Age Criteria: 18 to 25 years Field Researcher (Willing to Travel) - Must be open to travel across Tamil Nadu for data collection and research.
