Be accountable for end to end pre and post loan documentation, with the customer. Executing activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts. Be responsible for daily update of leads / lead tracking on CRM software. Ensuring the prescribed guidelines are followed and lay down processes in execution of your responsibilities.
