• sourcing business and achieve the assigned targets – branch leads, open market leads etc.
• interacting with the customers and explain the product features, terms, etc.
• manage relationship with customers & ensure customer satisfaction.
• be accountable for end to end pre and post loan documentation, with the customer.
• executing activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts.
• be responsible for daily update of leads / lead tracking on crm software.
• ensuring the prescribed guidelines are followed and lay down processes in execution of your responsibilities.
• good convincing skills
• consistence performance in business growth for new clients & existing clients is a must.
• recruiting and training sub ordinates for performance improvements and meeting company targets.
• generating cross sell leads of other products through self sourcing /referral
communication : should have excellent communication & convincing skills in english , hindi / telugu.
we prefer candidates with sales & business development . we may prefer from banking/ financial services but it is not compulsory . . we can take from other industries if the candidates have good experience in business development / sales.
