Acquiring of minimum 3 good retail/uhni/hni clients with their Funds/Portfolio(Min total Fund 3 lacs p.m). They will chase big clients to move their portfolio on LKPs platform. RM should be able to advice the correct product. Good knowledge on financial products Broking (Commodity ,Currency, Equity), MF , Insurance . They should have ability to book 4-5 quality accounts every month with margins of min (3-4) lacs from open market and justify 2 x CTC monthly. CTC plus attractive incentive (5-10)% is there in the package on achieving targets.
