Confirm appointments and inform patients of any changes or delays. To reschedule patients in person or over telephone. Communicate to the Doctors about the appointment & reschedule the appointments.Patient Records and Data Management: Ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated in the system. Assist in maintaining patient files, both electronic and paper-based. Protect patient confidentiality and comply with relevant healthcare regulationsBilling and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide information about payment methods. Handle payment processing and issue receipts when necessary. To maintain miscellaneous cash /check payments &to record with updating financial information. To record and collect patient charges / fees
