- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, direct them to the appropriate departments, and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Tele calling and Communication:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, redirect calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and handle general inquiries.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or feedback collection.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage the appointment calendar, schedule patient visits, and coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Confirm appointments and inform patients of any changes or delays.
- To reschedule patients in person or over telephone.
- Communicate to the Doctors about the appointment & reschedule the appointments.
Patient Records and Data Management:
- Ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
- Assist in maintaining patient files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with relevant healthcare regulations
Billing and Payments:
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide information about payment methods.
- Handle payment processing and issue receipts when necessary.
- To maintain miscellaneous cash /check payments &to record with updating financial information.
