We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time position suitable for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in the field. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products.Key Responsibilities:- Develop Test Plans: Create detailed test plans that outline testing strategies and objectives for software products to ensure they meet quality standards.- Execute Test Cases: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing by executing predefined test cases to identify defects and ensure the software functions as intended.- Document Defects: Record and manage defects found during testing in a clear and organized manner to facilitate resolution and support development teams.- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to communicate findings and ensure issues are understood and resolved in a timely fashion.- Review Requirements: Analyze project requirements and specifications to verify that the software meets business needs and expectations.- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance testing processes and tools to improve overall product quality.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A) or Engineering (B.E). Attention to detail is essential, along with strong analytical skills to identify problems effectively. Good communication skills are important for collaborating with other team members and conveying findings. Familiarity with testing tools and techniques, as well as a basic understanding of software development processes, will be advantageous. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges is key in this role.
