Hiring Fresher - Quality Analyst - Mohali

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time position suitable for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in the field. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Test Plans: Create detailed test plans that outline testing strategies and objectives for software products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Execute Test Cases: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing by executing predefined test cases to identify defects and ensure the software functions as intended.

- Document Defects: Record and manage defects found during testing in a clear and organized manner to facilitate resolution and support development teams.

- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to communicate findings and ensure issues are understood and resolved in a timely fashion.

- Review Requirements: Analyze project requirements and specifications to verify that the software meets business needs and expectations.

- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance testing processes and tools to improve overall product quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications () or Engineering (). Attention to detail is essential, along with strong analytical skills to identify problems effectively.
