Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with a strong background in automotive electrical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in quality assurance, an in-depth understanding of industry standards, and proficiency in 7C tools, 8D problem-solving, PPAP documentation, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to automotive industry quality standards, including ISO/IATF 16949.Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Utilize 8D methodology to address quality-related issues and drive corrective actions.Process Validation & Documentation: Lead PPAP submission processes and ensure product compliance with customer requirements.Statistical Process Control (SPC): Implement and maintain SPC tools for process stability and continuous improvement.Measurement System Analysis (MSA): Conduct MSA studies to validate measurement accuracy and consistency.7C Tools Implementation: Apply Seven Quality Control Tools for defect analysis, prevention, and systematic improvement.Supplier & Customer Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to enhance quality standards and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce defects.Internal & External Audits: Support quality audits and implement corrective measures based on findings.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent).Expertise in 8D, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and 7C tools for quality management.Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement strategies.Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Experience with ISO/IATF 16949 quality management system.Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and control plans is a plus.
