We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller to ensure that our products meet the required standards of quality and safety. This position is based in Delhi and is suitable for males with 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably with an I.T.I. Electronics certification.Key Responsibilities:1. **Inspect Products**: Conduct regular inspections of products during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.2. **Quality Testing**: Perform various tests and assessments to check the durability, functionality, and safety of products.3. **Document Findings**: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Report any quality issues to management promptly.4. **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.5. **Training and Guidance**: Provide training to new staff in quality control processes and assist in developing quality procedures and guidelines.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of quality control processes and methodologies is essential. Good communication skills are important for effectively coordinating with other departments. The candidate should be comfortable using quality testing equipment and software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement is expected to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently achieved.

Job Objective: To ensure and assure the management of supplier quality system and the parts of products quality on time.Job Responsibility -:-Execution of Quality Plans of SWREL/Clients at suppliers LocationPerform, attend or witness the quality inspections at suppliers place.Quality Resource control: Plan, monitor and get work done from TPI/GCS QC Engineers, measurement systems, equipments, tools and fixtures to execute quality plans.Drive process improvements & Implement Quality tools.Co-ordinate with customers to carry out smooth Inspection activities.Attend clients quality issues/complaints, do root cause analysis and report it out to client for closure of the sameInteract with local suppliers, labs etc directly on quality issues.Prepare and/or approve Quality documentations like FAI, PDI, MDCC help for speedy quality clearances Bring continuous focus on problem solving and improving process controlsImplement product & process audits - Navigate the quality audits with team, identify NCs and closure of the open-ended elements.Train the Inspectors and operators on Quality extend training support to suppliersManage team of TPI/SWREL QC Engineers, train them and help achieve their quality performance and objectivesQualification & Exp. Required -:-B.E./B. Tech with 7+ years of Mechanical/Production engineering, Min. 3-5 years of experience in Solar PV Structure/Transmission Line QA and QC is mandatory.Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform -:-1. Ability to understand drawings and execute inspection methodology and preparation of quality documents2. ISO 9001 Awareness. (Lead Auditor will be an added Advantage).3. Six Sigma/7QC Tools4.Supplier relationship Management (Adding value to supplier)5. Supplier Audit/Inspection6. Interactive Skills 7. Problem solving skills
