Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures forwater tanks, grain silos, and fabricated steel products. Ensure compliance with applicable IS / ASTM / ISO standards, fabrication codes, andcustomer specifications. Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), SOPs, quality checklists, and processdocumentation. Monitor incoming raw materials including steel sheets, fabricated parts, fasteners, andcoatings for quality standards.2. Quality Control Conduct stage-wise inspections during Sheet Cutting, Rolling / Bending, Welding /Fabrication, Surface Treatment / Galvanization / Coating, Assembly & Final Dispatch. Perform dimensional checks, fit-up inspections, welding inspections, coating thicknessverification, and leak / structural tests. Ensure product quality at each stage and coordinate with production teams forcorrective actions.3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Reports, NCR (Non-ConformanceReports), and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). Support internal, external, and third-party audits. Ensure implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.4. Vendor Quality & Process Improvement Conduct supplier and vendor quality evaluations. Minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints through process improvementinitiatives.
