*Accountable for preparation of Quality Assurance plan and monitoring & Inspection at inward of products to assure compliance to all products specifications.*Working principle on 7QC tools & problems solving technique basis*Dock audit, Poison cake test, Daily rejection monitoring, deviation tracker for Supplier Issue.*Material Testing plan for Third party for material confirmation*Parts inspection of new development projects and Alternate Supplier.*Monitoring 4M Change such as per Supplier change & Ensuring Parts coming from Approved Supplier*Verifying PDI and MTC Report as per Standards.*Clearing GRN as Per defined timeline from SAP.*Escalation and decision for Supplier Hold material and clearing from system and send back to supplier.*Supplier Issue Communication for non-confirming material.*Training to new joining about incoming inspection*Aware about Inspection procedure and Sampling plan and AQL for Lot Acceptance.*Layout Inspection as per Plan for child parts.
