Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales o Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (Pharma, Food, Petrochemical, etc.). o Visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions. o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision makers. o Provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Market Intelligence & Reporting o Collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management. 4. Coordination & Execution o Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, and after-sales support. o Follow up on payments and ensure timely order closures. o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Engineering (preferred) or any discipline with strong sales aptitude. Experience: 1 - 3 years in B2B industrial/lab equipment/chemical sales (freshers with strong motivation may also apply). Skills: o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively. o Basic knowledge of laboratory products & solutions will be an advantage. Other Requirements: o Own two-wheeler with valid driving license What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. ( 15 k to 20 k fixed per month + performance based incentive).
