key responsibilities 1. business development & sales o identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (pharma, food, petrochemical, etc.). o visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions. o achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. client relationship management o build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision makers. o provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients. o ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. market intelligence & reporting o collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. o prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management. 4. coordination & execution o coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, and after-sales support. o follow up on payments and ensure timely order closures. o participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required. desired candidate profile �� education: graduate in science/pharma/engineering (preferred) or any discipline with strong sales aptitude. �� experience: 1 - 3 years in b2b industrial/lab equipment/chemical sales (freshers with strong motivation may also apply). �� skills: o strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively. o basic knowledge of laboratory products & solutions will be an advantage. �� other requirements: o own two-wheeler with valid driving license what we offer �� competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
