Looking For Sales & Service Engineer

Install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain laser marking machines.

Handle customer service calls and provide technical support.

Conduct product demonstrations and machine training.

Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.

Visit customers, understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve sales and service targets.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales, service and installation reports.

Coordinate with Technical, Production and Sales teams.

Maintain service records, tools, spare parts and safety standards.

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS

Industrial field sales and service experience.

Manufacturing / Industrial / Machinery experience preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

B2B sales experience preferred.
