BE/Btech --Mechanical 0-2 year experience in any field.Operational Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the monthly production plan.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished components. For experienced candidates, this includes root cause analysis (RCA) of defects.Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.Team Supervision: Guide and monitor floor operators and helpers to maintain workplace discipline and safety.Reporting: Prepare and update MIS reports, including Daily Production Reports (DPR) and wastage tracking.Process Optimization: Assist the senior management in implementing Lean manufacturing techniques or 5S practices on the shop floor.
