Job Title: Production Manager - ManufacturingResponsibilities:* Plan, manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.* Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.* Improve productivity, efficiency and reduce rejection, downtime and production costs.* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores and Management.* Monitor machine utilization, production output and process performance.* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.* Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.* Lead and motivate the production team and ensure timely completion of targets.* Support new product development, process improvement and project implementation.Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, CNC/machining, injection molding, manpower management and manufacturing processes preferred.

Funtional KnowledgeRoles & Responsibilities-Knowledge and experiences of people management and plant legalities.- To provide leadership to Plant. Responsible for timely and efficient manufacturing processes.-To follow-up Raw Material and FG Management, manufacturing, Quality Control and EHSManagement System of Paint.- Trained in Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Initiatives, and/or other methodologies intendedto propel continuous process, productivity, manufacturing and product quality improvement.Factory Management & Coordination skills. E.g. Labour laws & Industrial relations etc..Paint/ Resin & Pigment dispersion manufacturing & Quality management.Safety, Environment & Utilities management of entire plant.- Resolution of disputes & crisis along with Plant head & HR head.- Implementation and preparation of periodical MIS Reports- Compliance of statutory and legal requirements of Plant.- Good knowledge of Paint manufacturing and Quality Management Process.- Must have exposure to ISO/ QMS, EHS and EHS Practices and Management System- Formulate and implement SOPs and monitor on continuous basis.- Management of daily and scheduled preventive maintenance in association
