Production Manager - Full Time

Job Title: Production Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.

Improve productivity, efficiency and reduce rejection, downtime and production costs.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores and Management.

Monitor machine utilization, production output and process performance.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.

Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Lead and motivate the production team and ensure timely completion of targets.

Support new product development, process improvement and project implementation.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, CNC/machining, injection molding, manpower management and manufacturing processes preferred.
