Production Manager - Full Time

Job Title: Production Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

* Plan, manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

* Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.

* Improve productivity, efficiency and reduce rejection, downtime and production costs.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores and Management.

* Monitor machine utilization, production output and process performance.

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.

* Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

* Lead and motivate the production team and ensure timely completion of targets.

* Support new product development, process improvement and project implementation.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, CNC/machining, injection molding, manpower management and manufacturing processes preferred.
