SAFETY OF ALL FELLOW WORKMATES and equipment.Ensuring correct sequencing of activities for specified planned workEnsuring capture of data as required by specific process and sub process activities.Ensuring strict adherence to monitoring of daily scheduled parameters/checks.Immediate reporting to senior about lapses in daily monitored parameters and giving clearance post rectification of lapse.Reconciliation of scheduled tasks/activities v/s actual status.Documented hand over of charge to successor with updated records.Identifying training needs of departmental employees and ensuring effectiveness.Allocating duties/responsibilities to departmental personnel.

Qualification: B.E/Diploma Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering. ? Experience: 5 years+ agricultural implements manufacturing setup, especially rotavators. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Strong organization and management skills. ? High level of technical expertise.
