This involves keeping track of inventory levels and ordering materials as needed.- Handle manpower allocation and scheduling to ensure that there are enough workers to meet production demands. This involves managing shifts and assigning tasks to workers.- Design and implement efficient processes to optimize the manufacturing process. This involves analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.- Utilize mechanical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. This involves understanding the technical aspects of the manufacturing process.Skills and Expectations:- Must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to demonstrate a solid foundation in engineering principles.- Strong knowledge of material management and inventory planning to effectively manage resources.- Ability to handle and coordinate manpower to ensure smooth production processes.- Understanding of process design and manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency.- BE Mechanical qualification is preferred to showcase higher level of expertise in mechanical engineering.
