Job Description - PPC Engineer

Position: PPC Engineer

Department: PPC

Qualification: Diploma / BE - Electrical

Experience: 0-2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and arrange electrical materials as per production requirements.

Coordinate with the production team to understand material requirements.

Follow up on electrical material availability and ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of electrical items.

Prepare and monitor material requirements based on production plans.

Understand and maintain BOM (Bill of Material) and material requirement data.

Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for material availability.

Maintain PPC-related records and reports using Excel/ERP/MRP systems.

Monitor pending materials and highlight shortages to the concerned departments.

Ensure smooth material flow to support production schedules.

Key Skills:

Basic understanding of electrical components.

Knowledge of BOM and material requirements.

Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP/MRP systems.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Understanding of production planning and material planning.
