KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead daily operations in punching/press parts

manufacturing

Drive quality control and ensure targets are not just met, but

exceeded

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with speed

and precision

Continuously optimize processes to boost productivity and

efficiency

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with hands-on shop

floor experience

Expertise in quality assurance and productivity optimization

Sharp analytical thinking and a natural problem-solvers mindset

Solid communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
