KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

€¢ Supervise and lead daily operations in punching/press parts

manufacturing

€¢ Drive quality control and ensure targets are not just met, but

exceeded

€¢ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with speed

and precision

€¢ Continuously optimize processes to boost productivity and

efficiency

Required Skills:

€¢ Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with hands-on shop

floor experience

€¢ Expertise in quality assurance and productivity optimization

€¢ Sharp analytical thinking and a natural problem-solver€™s mindset

€¢ Solid communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
