Maintain rigorous compliance with ISO and automotive quality standards.Downtime & Resource Control: Minimize machine downtime, optimize raw material utilization, and manage worker allocation effectively.Technical Leadership: Troubleshoot shop-floor bottlenecks, mentor junior staff and machine operators, and uphold high standards of industrial safety and discipline.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on shop-floor experience specifically within the automotive fastener or precision engineering sector.Technical Mastery: Proven, practical expertise in operating and managing Traub automats, CNC machines, and Cold Forging equipment.Quality Frameworks: Strong, working knowledge of ISO standards, PPAP/APQP principles, and advanced shop-floor metrology/inspection tools.Mindset: Highly accountable, action-oriented, and capable of driving strict productivity benchmarks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
