Production & Planning Engineer-Only For Nashik Candidates

We are looking for a Production & Planning Engineer to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in engineering. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage production processes while ensuring optimal planning and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Create and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.

- Process Optimization: Analyze production methods and workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and compliance practices.

- Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and other resources needed for production.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design and engineering, to align production capabilities with project requirements.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges faced, and suggestions for improvement to management.
