JD - Create, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviewsMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsTo develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing TeamTo execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesTo incorporate product marketing content with insights on key differentiators and messagesTo drive the various promotional/Educational campaigns, events and trainings related to the Keysoul BrandDesign different training programs and imparting these trainings in the required set of people i.e Associate Buyers/Depots/Stores/Leaders Etc.
