Location - East, West,North,South,North East zone - This role includes 60% of Travelling in North east and rest would be work from home. JD - Create, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviewsMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsTo develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing TeamTo execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesTo incorporate product marketing content with insights on key differentiators and messagesTo drive the various promotional/Educational campaigns, events and trainings related to the Keysoul BrandDesign different training programs and imparting these trainings in the required set of people i.e Associate Buyers/Depots/Stores/Leaders Etc.

Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing fieldsales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjusway of Learning in your city. As a BDA they will be required to assist students andparents in their region that have downloaded the Byjus application using aconsultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner withstrong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase ourofferings in a compelling way.
