Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and responsible mid-level Marketing Executive to support the promotion of tobacco products in assigned territories. The role includes direct interaction with retailers, execution of promotional campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, and secure handling of cash from field sales and market operations.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Promotion: Execute field marketing plans to promote tobacco products in accordance with company and legal guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report insights to management. Ensure proper visibility and availability of tobacco brands in retail outlets. Coordinate product launches, promotional displays, and branding materials.Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to achieve area-wise sales and distribution targets. Assist in demand generation activities and retailer engagement. Provide feedback and data for market development and campaign optimization.Cash Handling: Collect cash from field sales as per defined protocols and deposit safely at designated bank/office. Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions. Ensure full compliance with financial controls and audit standards.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 24 years of relevant experience in FMCG or tobacco sales/marketing. Experience in field marketing and secure cash handling is essential. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High sense of integrity and responsibility. Practical knowledge of local trade and retail environments. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Additional Requirements: Must adhere strictly to local laws and corporate regulations regarding tobacco product marketing. Physically fit for field travel and capable of safely transporting cash. Strong focus on confidentiality and risk management.
