The Human Resource Executive is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring that human resource strategies align with overall business objectives. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsible to attract of candidates through walk-in drives & references. Have to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for frequent branch visits of the respective region Orientation, Onboarding, Background verification, Training, Employee Grievance redressal.Employee Engagement & Employee ConnectKnowledge of Statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Attendance, Payroll support & Exit management.Eligibility : MBA (HR) with minimum 1- 2 Year of exp in HR domain Candidate from MFI -NBFC will be preferred with atleast 1 yr. expSound knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel knowledge)Local candidates will be preferred
