As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in managing product displays and ensuring that our merchandise is visually appealing to customers. Your work will help drive sales and improve customer experience in our stores.Key Responsibilities:- Product Display Management: Organize and arrange products on shelves and displays to attract customers and promote sales.- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages to ensure products are always available for customers.- Market Research: Observe market trends and customer preferences to suggest new products or changes in the current range.- Sales Support: Assist in sales-related activities during peak hours, ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient service.- Promotional Activities: Help in setting up promotional displays and events to enhance product visibility and encourage purchases.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have completed at least the 12th grade; further studies in retail or business are a plus.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing conditions in a busy retail environment.- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, especially if you have little to no prior experience.- A keen eye for detail to ensure displays are aesthetically pleasing and products are presented well.
