Key Responsibilities:

- Product Display Management: Organize and arrange products on shelves and displays to attract customers and promote sales.

- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages to ensure products are always available for customers.

- Market Research: Observe market trends and customer preferences to suggest new products or changes in the current range.

- Sales Support: Assist in sales-related activities during peak hours, ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient service.

- Promotional Activities: Help in setting up promotional displays and events to enhance product visibility and encourage purchases.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 12th grade; further studies in retail or business are a plus.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing conditions in a busy retail environment.

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, especially if you have little to no prior experience.

- A keen eye for detail to ensure displays are aesthetically pleasing and products are presented well.
