The candidate should have strong expertise in culinary arts, food production, kitchen operations, and Indian & International cuisines.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct theory and practical classes in Food Production for hospitality students.Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on training in professional kitchen operations.Teach Indian and International Cuisines,Train students in various cooking methods, techniques, ingredients, food preparation, plating, and presentation.Teach kitchen organization, equipment handling, menu planning, portion control, and food cost basics.Eligibility & QualificationsMaster degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution or Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management with Relevant ExperienceStrong academic and practical knowledge of Food Production, Culinary Arts and International Cuisines.Good knowledge of Indian and International Cuisines.Relevant teaching or hospitality industry experience will be preferred.Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV/Resume.Work Location: In person
