The role involves explaining product benefits, generating business opportunities, developing professional relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote company products/services. Explain product features, benefits, applications, and relevant information clearly and professionally. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers. Generate new business leads and convert opportunities into orders/revenue. Follow up with doctors and prospective customers to drive business conversion. Identify potential doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other business opportunities within the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets. Maintain regular records of doctor visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business generated. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product information, order processing, and customer support. Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements and share them with management. Participate in medical conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required. Ensure all product communication is accurate and consistent with company-approved information. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate technical or clinical questions to the appropriate team. Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and strengthen relationships. Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development activities.Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and convincing skills. Ability to confidently interact with doctors and healthcare professionals. Strong sales, negotiation, and business-development skills. Target-oriented and result-focused approach. Good follow-up and relationship-management skills. Ability to understand and explain healthcare/medical products. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Professional personality and ability to represent the company effectively.Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or a related field will be an advantage.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical products, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare service sales/marketing.Freshers: Candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, energetic, and comfortable meeting doctors and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
