As a Hospital Marketing Executive, one should be able travel around a vicinity of certain radius to meet outside doctors (in other clinics or hospitals) and to get referral patients for the hospital. Regular follow up with those doctors to ensure the patient walks in. Plan and implement marketing and other promotional strategies to conduct medical camps in and near the hospital to attract patients. Active participation in planning and budgeting for the financial year and to plan and work accordingly. Should be Self driven and self motivated.
