Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department. Ensures that all dues related to sales are clear before the delivery date of vehicle or as per dealership norms. Ensure zero customer complaints and there by contributes towards SSI score of dealership. Ensure delightful and timely deliveries as per commitment. Never make verbal commitment.
