 To submit morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM.
 Updates all information related to enquire in the DMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM€™s requirement.
 Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure
to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
 Utilizes dealership sales control and follow€“up systems like Check sheet, Docket filing etc.
 Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
 Ensures that TAT related to sales is always maintained as per the dealership/OEM€™s laid down principles.
 Attends product and sales training courses as and when required as per training plan.
 Focusses on allied businesses for increasing revenue generation and achieves the monthly set target by the OEM/Dealership.
 Writes complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
 Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership€™s service department.
 Ensures that all dues related to sales are clear before the delivery date of vehicle or as per dealership norms.
 Ensure zero customer complaints and there by contributes towards SSI score of dealership.
 Ensure delightful and timely deliveries as per commitment. Never make verbal commitment.
