Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., materials science, engineering, or a related discipline).2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in FRP production, installation, or repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of FRP materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI).4.
