key responsibilities

1. supervise frp production: oversee the fabrication, installation, and repair of frp components and structures, ensuring quality and safety standards.

2. team management: lead and supervise a team of frp technicians and laborers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3. quality control: implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure frp products meet industry standards and customer requirements.

4. safety management: ensure a safe working environment, implementing safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

5. project planning: assist in planning and scheduling frp projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

6. customer liaison: communicate with customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues related to frp products and services.

7. continuous improvement: identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance frp production efficiency, quality, and safety.

requirements

1. education: diploma or degree in a relevant field (., materials science, engineering, or a related discipline).

2. experience: 5+ years of experience in frp production, installation, or repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

3. technical skills: strong knowledge of frp materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (., astm, aci).

4. leadership skills: excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. certifications: relevant certifications (., acma, asme) are desirable.
