Production Manager (Full Time)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

€¢ Preparing Production reports and submitting them

€¢ Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division

€¢ Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters

€¢ Oversee all production activities and insure timely delivery as per schedule

€¢ Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues

€¢ Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance

€¢ Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order

€¢ Repair or replace plant equipment as needed

€¢ Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

€¢ Optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, machinery and your talent and skills

€¢ Management of manpower

Qualifications:

€¢ Proven experience in manufacturing of Wooden Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture is required

€¢ Graduate/Engineer by qualification with 4 years and above experience.

€¢ Experience in Modular Industry is required

€¢ Experience on Biesse / Homag , CNC, conventional machines is required

€¢ Understanding of Drawings is essential

€¢ Able to make costing of products
