Proper Internal & External mail communications regarding Import / Exports Etc., Up-to-date & Maintain all certifications & DSR for marine insurances (Import & Export). Handling Govt. audit queries like DGFT, Customs queries, SIMS registrations and post/predocumentation process with Customs, DGFT, Banks and other government dept. andagencies. Vendor & Supplier Negotiations regarding Import & Export Operations. Responsible for all imports must ensure internal document formalities viz., IGP & GRN andaccountable documentation update in system every week. Detailed knowledge about Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees & other shippingdocuments pertains to import & export shipment documentations.
