act as a project coordinator for food buddies & maran logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders

track project activities, timelines, and deliverables

coordinate requirements, updates, and follow-ups across teams

client handling & front office

act as the front office/reception representative, handling calls, walk-ins, and emails professionally

maintain client communication, service updates, and follow-ups

represent the company professionally to clients and visitors

app development coordination

possess basic knowledge of app development concepts to coordinate with developers

assist in requirement gathering, issue tracking, and basic testing coordination

communicate user requirements and feedback to the development team

business development support

support new client acquisition through cold calling and follow-ups

maintain leads data and coordinate handover to management/sales team

build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
