Require logistics operations executive.should have experience in booking, delivery, dispatch,mis/data entry, vendor management,first mile,last mile, warehouse operations, transport operation and coordination.Can work on computer.

Coordinate & monitor supply chain operation. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule. Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers. Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations. Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Tally Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skillset:-Good verbal and written communicationBasic Excel knowledge, Advance excel is a plusExperience of atleast 1 Year. Relevant experience is a plus.Has the flexibility to anticipate and resolve challenges within corporate or divisional parameters,with moderate scope.Previous overseas work experience, ideally operational and non operationalprogram management context.Key Responsibilities:-Communication with US counterpart on status updates.Regular Work on Excel to prepare different Reports.Periodically input in the review and revision of Supply & Logistics Job description and roleprofile.Manage, develop, and monitor team and individual objectives and work plans.Creating Advance shipping notifications and receiving Advance shipping notifications foroperations workflowCreating purchase orders
