The role involves ensuring proper packaging, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesPack pharmaceutical/vaccine products safely according to company guidelines.Ensure correct labeling, batch numbers, and documentation on packages.Prepare shipments for courier/transport dispatch.Maintain proper hygiene and handling standards for medical products.Check invoices and delivery challans before dispatch.Coordinate with delivery drivers or courier partners.Maintain records of dispatched packages.Keep the packing area clean and organized.

Require logistics operations executive.should have experience in booking, delivery, dispatch,mis/data entry, vendor management,first mile,last mile, warehouse operations, transport operation and coordination.Can work on computer.

Complete factory management from start to end. Labour management, production planning and quality management, material loading unloading dispatch management, eway bill and e- invoicing, cutting plan from drawing and fabrication work

Coordinate & monitor supply chain operation. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule. Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers. Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations. Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Tally Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
